1. Shipping Methods
Domestic (India): All orders are shipped through reputed domestic courier companies specializing in high-value cargo and/or insured speed post.
International: For our global clients, orders are shipped via registered international courier partners (such as FedEx, UPS, or specialized bullion carriers) to ensure secure door-to-door delivery.
2. Delivery Timelines
Ready-to-Ship Products: Dispatched within 2–4 business days after full payment confirmation.
Customized Jewellery: As these pieces are crafted to your specific requirements via WhatsApp consultation, shipping occurs as per the timeline agreed upon during the order confirmation (typically 10–15 business days).
Transit Time: Delivery is subject to Courier Company and/or Post Office norms. While we guarantee dispatch within the agreed timeframe, Dhyani Jewellery is not liable for delays caused by courier service disruptions, postal authorities, or customs clearance processes.
3. Shipping Address & Documentation
Delivery will be made strictly to the address provided by the buyer during the WhatsApp order process or B2B registration.
Any changes to the shipping address must be requested within 24 hours of order placement. Once an order is dispatched, the address cannot be modified.
A confirmation of dispatch and tracking details will be sent to your registered email ID and/or WhatsApp number.
4. Packaging & Insurance
All shipments are professionally packed in tamper-evident packaging and are fully insured until the point of delivery to protect your investment.
Important: Please do not accept the package if it appears tampered with or damaged. Report such instances to our helpdesk immediately.
5. International Customs & Duties
For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
